I’m Magdalena – people usually call me Magda.
I teach Kundalini yoga and meditation.
I offer weekly group classes ONLINE. I also offer private sessions and workshops both ONLINE and IN-PERSON in Windsor, Berkshire and surrounding areas.
All levels welcome, beginners and experienced.
*Sat Nam means ''Truth is my identity''. It is the most widely used mantra in Kundalini yoga, also used as a greeting. When greeting you with Sat Nam, I honour the Truth of your identity, which is the same as mine and makes us one.

Why I teach
My mission is to help you get out of your head and connect to the unlimited source of wisdom within you; so you can be empowered to overcome challenges, heal your body, mind and soul, and live in a state of joy.
I have great love and respect for the teachings of Kundalini yoga; they have and continue to change my life for the best on a daily basis.
I teach Kundalini yoga and meditation as an experientially-based system which will align you to your true self; your joyful, loving, serene, authentic and fulfilled true essence.
Through a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra (hand gestures), mantra (sound), meditation, eye focus, body locks and rhythm, the physical and spiritual practice of Kundalini yoga empowers oneself to shift old patterns and deeply works on one’s biochemistry; therefore offering a new perspective for living, a new, enhanced, reality.

I also give back by donating 10% of Magda Yoga earnings to local and international non profit groups.
